Why don’t more of us live greener lives? It’s too expensive? We don’t know what impact our consumption has on the environment? We don’t know which local businesses are ecologically sound? John Steinbach will explain how a simple guide can answer these and many more questions.

Johh Steinbach is Co-founder of Grassroots Green. He’ll talk about bringing the Grassroots Green approach to Indianapolis and publishing a Green Living Guide for the area similar to the Guide he has published for the Fort Wayne area. . The Green Living Guide is a unique publication that combines green education articles, beautiful photography, and money and energy-saving coupons for consumers. The Green Living Guides highlight local actions and encourage partnerships between local government, businesses, and non-profit organizations. The talk will focus on the many great things that are happening in Indiana and across the country to create a greener future and will address the why and the how of creating a more sustainable world.
