June 15 — Footlite Musicals Silent Auction
It’s time to break out the top hat & black-tie and head back to Hedback Theatre for Footlite Musicals’s “A Night on Broadway.”

Where: Hedback Community Theater, 1847 North Alabama Street, Indianapolis
Footlite Musicals will host its first annual A Night on Broadway. A Night on Broadway will be a glamorous black-tie affair complete with lavish hors d’oeuvres, divine cocktails and, of course, live broadcasting of the 2008 Tony Awards. Auction items include fine art, spa and salon packages, gift certificates to local restaurants and much more. All proceeds from the auction will benefit the Footlite Facelift capital improvements project initiated to renovate the historic Hedback Theater, home of Footlite Musicals.
Footlite’s mission is to produce musicals and other dramatic offerings and to provide for education and training of persons in the theatre through hands-on experience and classes in the various stages of dramatic and musical theatre. Established in 1955, it is a nonprofit community theatre that creates opportunities for amateur performers, directors and designers to learn and grow in their disciplines while providing Central Indiana with the best and most beloved Broadway productions.
Tickets are only $10 for Footlite members and $20 for non-members. Tickets will be available at the door, but reservations are requested.
