January 17 — Panel Discussion on Moiseyev Russian Folkdance Company
A panel of experts in the field of history, folklore, geography and music will discuss the various regions that birthed the dances performed by the Moiseyev Dance Company (performing on January 26).
When: Thursday January 17, 7:00 PM
Where: Butler University, Krannert Room at Clowes Hall.
Faculty members from the Russian and East European Institute at Indiana University, the Indianapolis International School and Butler University will discuss one of the world’s premiere folk dancing ensembles.
