January 24 — “Caring About Our Communities”
Three teenage boys growing up on the tough inner-city streets of Newark made a pact: They would stick together, go to college, graduate and become doctors. Now, years later, “The Three Doctors” come to Indianapoilis to discuss health and education for youth and families.
When: Thursday January 24, 7:30 PM
Where: Clowes Memorial Hall of Butler University 4602 Sunset Ave. Indianapolis 46208 [parking info]
The Three Doctors (Sampson Davis, Rameck Hunt and George Jenkins) will give an address called “Caring About Our Communities” as part of the Butler University Celebration of Diversity Distinguished Lecture Series. The lecture is free and open to the public. A ticket is required for admission. Tickets may be obtained at the Clowes Hall box office, (317) 940-6444.
