The World Trade Club’s luncheon discusses how foreign investments into Indiana shape international business opportunities around the state. Nathan Feltman is Secretary of Commerce for Indiana and CEO of the Indiana Economic Development Corp ( IEDC). Prior to joining the IEDC, Feltman was a partner at the law firm Ice Miller where he concentrated his practice on mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions, including the representation of private equity funds and venture capital firms. He lived and worked in Moscow from 1995 to1998 where he represented multi-national companies entering the Russian market during an incredibly interesting period in Russia’s transition to a market economy. Before returning to Indiana in 2003, he practiced law in Chicago for five years, representing private equity and venture capital funds and counseling U.S. companies, foreign investors, and multi-national companies in their overseas activities. Feltman is a native of Mishawaka, Ind.
