This original 45-minute reader’s theater piece, presented by the Broad Ripple High School Theater Department in
Indianapolis and supported by a $10,000 grant from the History Channel, will engage the audience using traditional theatrical techniques. The piece is based on material gathered by the students from oral interviews with family, friends, and recent immigrants. Afterward the audience will be able to ask questions and meet the cast.
