Right to work legislation has been passed by the Indiana House of Representatives and appears to be headed for Governor Daniels’ desk for signature. The Indiana Senate approved an identical bill earlier and is expected to offer little opposition. The bill could reach the governor shortly before the February 5 Super Bowl in Indianapolis. What does it mean for Hoosier workers? Find out in a moderated discussion featuring Nancy J. Guyott (President, Indiana State AFL-CIO) and George Raymond (Vice President for Human Resources and Labor Relations, Indiana Chamber of Commerce). Brief presentations by the guest speakers will be followed by audience participation, questions, and answers moderated by Dr. William Mirola, associate professor of sociology, Marian University.
