February 1: “The Homeless: Hide them or help them?”

ACLU-IN’s First Wednesdays is a 50-minute discussion about hot topics currently on the minds of Hoosiers. The last discussion was on the School to Prison Pipeline. Leaders in the community who have expertise on the topic offer their insight and shared their personal experiences, which brings us a greater understanding of the issues. • Sally Bindley, CEO and Founder of School on Wheels
  • Ken Falk, legal director of the ACLU of Indiana
  • Michael Hurst, program director for the Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention of Greater Indianapolis
  • Rebecca Townsend, news editor of NUVO

When: Wednesday February 1, noon
Where: WFYI Community Room, 1630 N. Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN 46202
