 There’s a buzz about biking around Indy these days. Multiplying bike lanes are colonizing sections of street previously monopolized by cars. Wealthy and powerful figures in the city are joining forces with progressives and Greens to push an ambitious system of public transit that will rely heavily on two-wheelers.
